How EMF Exposure Affects Our Brain and Bodies - A Q&A With Juraj Kocar, CEO of Somavedic

Juraj Kocar, CEO of Somavedic, joins us today to explain how EMF exposure can affect our brain and bodies.

Why Should We Be Concerned about EMF Exposure?

We live in the high-tech age of non-stop connectivity. Smartphones, wireless routers, Bluetooth devices, and other home appliances connected to the IoT (Internet of Things) are based on wireless connectivity. They are making our lives easier and more convenient, but it comes with a price.

We live in the high-tech age of non-stop connectivity but it comes with a price.

There are over 25,000 peer-reviewed studies suggesting the adverse effects of EMFs on humans, animals, or plants. Why is the mainstream media not talking more about this? In my opinion, because of the tech lobby and the fact that there’s “no escape” from EMFs that are all around us. It would require enormous investments in R&D to see meaningful change.

EMF exposure is increasing exponentially every year. Already in 2011, the WHO classified radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs) as possibly carcinogenic. In the same Class 2B is, for example, lead, formaldehyde, gas, and diesel fuel emissions, etc.

How Can We Protect Ourselves From EMF Exposure?

That’s why we need to protect our bodies from this exposure. The single best thing we can do is to keep our distance. We can distance our brains by using loudspeakers or by using wired headphones when taking calls. Keeping WiFi routers at home and in the office as far as possible from your bed or office chair. There are various EMF blockers in different sizes that you can place in front of the WiFi router which reduces EMF exposure significantly. Two other very important things to recommend are to avoid wireless headphones at all costs and turning off your WiFi router at night, so your body can regenerate properly.

How Does Somavedic Offer a Solution in Reducing EMF Exposure?

Somavedic is an always-on frequency therapy device that requires no therapist time. Its field has supportive and recovery effects on our bodies. People sleep better, have more energy, and feel better in general. Somavedic is combining holistic Eastern wellness approaches with innovative frequency therapy technology.

Somavedic works on the principle of controlled release of energy from minerals and precious metals, which are placed inside the heart of each Somavedic. The curation of precious and semi-precious minerals and metals, together with our technology, creates a coherent life-supporting field that harmonizes the environment. Our flagship model provides a 360-degree protection field of 100 feet in all directions (even penetrating through walls).

Are There Studies to Support the Science of Somavedic?

For one of our studies we partnered with Dartsch Scientific GmbH. In the study we were able to demonstrate the effect of Medic Amber on cell regeneration/wound healing. The study shows how Somavedic reduced the adverse effects of mobile phone radiation.

Another study done by The International Society for Electrosmog Research IGEF Lt showed significant improvements in blood sedimentation in relation to the stress from EMF using analysis of blood cells in darkfield by exposing test subjects to the Somavedic field for 90 minutes.

And pre-clinical research by The Balneology Research Institute showed that Somavedic has a positive effect on the cardiovascular and nervous system and that the length and quality of sleep positively improved.*

Somavedic Can Impact Our Water and Hydration Levels: How?

The Vedic and Amber are designed to structure or harmonize water. What does it mean? Structured water, also known as hexagonal water or EZ water, is water that has been around for millennia and occurs naturally in the world. It is pure, clean water that can be found in streams, mountain rivers, and glacier melt.

Structured water is the water that our ancestors drank for tens of thousands of years. It is believed that structured water offers more potential benefits for those who drink it due to the way that it is composed in a hexagonal formation.

This makes it easier for the body to absorb as it is not filtered, processed, or mechanically purified. Its initial shape has not been changed. Thus providing more hydration compared to non-structured water.

The same field generated by Somavedic that creates this coherent space around us is also responsible for water structuring. As various studies show that water has memory, this field “erases” it and brings it back to its state as you’d find it in nature.

Simply by resting a bottle of water next to the Somavedic for 15-20 minutes, it can structure it, making it more bioavailable and providing improved hydration for the body.*

What Is the Impact of Somavedic on HRV?

One of our studies shows a positive effect of Somavedic’s field on our HRV. The most common feedback we get from our customers is that their sleep has improved. We have various testimonials from our customers, biohackers, or MDs, about how their HRV has increased since they have Somavedic. HRV is most often measured by customers via an Oura ring.*

What books are you reading right now?

I’m currently reading, probably for the 5th time, the “King, Warrior, Magician, Lover”. It’s the best book on the positive and negative aspects of masculinity you can find out there. I had so many realizations and aha moments when reading it for the first time about 3 years ago, and it’s still helping me to align better with my personality and behaviors every time I’m reading it. It’s an absolute must-read for any man that wants to upgrade his personality and behaviors. This book is an amazing mirror, and everybody will find their positive and shadow aspects there and what to do with them.

Favorite quote?

“The future is unwritten. It's what you make of it”

What is one biohack you cannot live without?

I practice intermittent fasting and measure my sleep with an Oura ring.

Last, do you consider yourself a good sleeper? What helped you become a good sleeper?

Luckily I do sleep well. I don’t eat after 6:30pm and I turn off the WiFi router. Admittedly, I don’t use many supplements or biohacking technology. Instead, I optimize my sleep via lifestyle habits.
