Michael Mannino

Neuroscientist, philosopher and athlete Michael Mannino is currently a PhD Candidate in neuroscience at the Center for Complex Systems and Brain Sciences at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. His research is in computational cognitive neuroscience, and focuses on complex information flow in large scale brain networks. Michael is currently an adjunct professor teaching philosophy, critical thinking, psychology and comparative religion at Miami Dade College in Miami, FL. He has a Masters in philosophy from California State University, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in astrophysics from Florida Institute of Technology. Michael’s other main relevant interests include all aspects of fitness and exercise.
