I am a regular coffee user in the AM and I use pre-workout drinks on and off for exercise; some with caffeine and some without. These energy shots contain the same caffeine as a cup of coffee (of which I usually drink 2-3 a day). The energy I get from these shots is different than coffee, less jittery and scattered, more focused.
