Excellent for stress
This product absolutely helped me feel calmer when dealing with stress. Things that would normally trigger stress seem to kinda roll/bounce off of me.

Better energy and stress relief than qualia mind. Granted, I took mind the same day, so I don't know what resilience is like solo. But I am feeling incredible right now.

The name says it all!
Love love this product. I’ve felt way less reactive to stressful situations. People even comment on how much more calm I’ve been acting!

Calm and in control
I felt calmer and in better control while taking this product. I yelled less:)
