Subtle
I have better, more restful sleeps. It's subtle and slow to take action, but I do think my quality of life and overall energy have increased -- it took about 3 weeks.

This product is great, I have noticed a difference increase in my energy levels. But the most notable difference is my ability to focus. I can sit at a computer and actually complete tasks at one time. I haven't had this type of mental focus in decades. I love it!!

Not sure how to word this review. I'm on my second bottle. The cycling days are not the same as the days on Eternus. I'm 26 years old, 95% meat diet (couple cheat days here and there), very active. Great!! Subtle but discernible difference in energy level and focus in afternoon (what is normally a slump time) and then more energy during a workout!
