First try of Focus is promising

First of all I reflexively took it first thing in the morning with water, that is, not with breakfast. I immediately felt better, as you write, clarity, memory and drive. And, I wonder how much the caffeine in it has to do with that because I am not a caffeine drinker. Another mistake I made was to take it 6 days before I took 2 days off. I did note one distinctly down day which I think was when I didn't take it. I'll be more attentive to that this week.

Noticeable, but subtle difference in focus and ability to concentrate

Feel good, I already take mushroom complex, cbd and CBg with aswaganda and cardamom, tart Cherry, turmeric and ginger, so I think I would need more that 2 capsules to really feel anything, I also smoke ms eat a lot of marijuana and when I can get my hands on Psilocybin I will microdose

Week one

I noticed a definite increase in being able to focus for long periods of time on the tasks at hand. Experienced more energy during the day and had no problem sleeping at night. Looking forward to the next few weeks to see if the benefits continue to increase.
