I tried it for the 5 days and then took a break for 2. Overall, I didn't notice a huge difference but it was only a week.

Incredible. I like to take Qualia Life post morning workout with fruit, nuts and water. Makes me feel energized and comfortable when taking on physical and mental tasks throughout the day

I can’t say that I’ve felt any of the effects but I trust The brand and believe it does what it says. I knocked off a star for the price.
