to be honest, a two day trial is much too short in my opinion to provide any meaningful feedback. and my schedule was such that I tried a bottle one morning and then I didn’t use the second bottle until one morning a few days later. I did feel more alert but I couldn’t tell if it was different than just drinking a cup of coffee (with some medicinal mushrooms, cinnamon, etc.).
I monitored my blood pressure while taking it and I didn't have any changes to it

I think the low quality of sleep is skewing today‚Äôs input. The taste could be improved with chai spice I think.

I'm always looking for an edge to get myself into flow. This has helped me get there that much quicker. It isn't a cure-all, but a great tool in my biohacking toolkit.
I am more a fan of the capsules rather the drinkable powder. I think the product works well for most of the day. I can feel it wearing off later in the day. Not just why that is. Is there an expectation that this last 6 or 8 or 12 hours? Thanks!
