Just started and it's going well

I would give it 5 stars, but I don't have a real frame of reference or metric to rate a nootropic. Qualia is the first "fancy" supplement I have ever tried. Figured that 4 stars is an honest grade since I don't know where this nootropic adventure will go. I certainly feel more focused, and I have an improved ability to manage my workload at work and not have to take work home. I am a little hyperactive so it seems to have helped me with that a bit. I was never a good multi-tasker but I am good enough now to manage the most important things at a daily office job at a software company, where I write code and architect software. The anxiety and stress that come from work don't feel as strong or "heavy" anymore. But like Daniel always said, Qualia is most effective when it is inscribed in larger context of trying to improve and maintain a high quality of life; eating, exercise, meditation, other meaningful metrics... . At home, I smoke pot. every day. not a super excessive amount, but def everyday. And maybe this habit is compromising the effect of Qualia? I would love to know more. But from my experience thus far, it seems that Qualia is really undoing the weed hangover by reducing brain fog. I can focus and stay focused without making a concerted effort. This is a new experience for me. I used to have a lot more brain fog at work from smoking pot. One downside, and this is probably my fault, is sometimes I feel tired / sleepy / crashy in the afternoon. I sleep 6.5-7 hours a day and it's probably not enough. I only drink coffee in the morning after taking 7 pills on an empty stomach in the morning. And I also fast 16 hours a day but do drink black coffee, herbal teas and water. No coffee in the afternoon. Would love to ask questions and maybe write another review in a couple of months

Every day I feel a lot more energetic and well balanced. The fact that it will also protect my mind for the future is a huge bonus.

It's great having a natural production. I usually get a really upset stomach when I take supplements with chemicals on an empty stomach. The only downside I will say is the quanity of pills that I need to take.

A staple in my vitamin cabinet

This blend has all of the vitamins I need and it costs less than buying everything individually. I first purchased in 2019, I am still using it daily and it still works for me, meaning I still feel a meaningful shift in my mental acuity, mood and overall wellbeing. It is worth every penny.
