Good for alertness.
Overall, this is a great product with quality ingredients. Its nice to get a quick shot of caffiene when there isn't time for coffee. Nice shot, taste is not that great
Gets 4 stars only because the taste wasn’t too desirable. But it goes down easy as a shot and you get a nice burst of energy with no jitters
