I gave this four stars because I’m not quite sure if I can tell anything yet. I started taking 4 capsules with dinner for just over a week, but at the same time I was trying one other new thing. I have an Oura ring and when I was trying both new things my HRV went down. So I stopped both, waited a couple of weeks and tried the Qualia Night by itself. I don’t really notice anything different....which isn’t a bad thing. My HRV has been higher lately but I’ve been training a lot lately too. Either way it’s a great product, I’m gonna give it a couple more weeks and repost a follow up...TBD
Loved it. Felt markedly refreshed in the mornings and was able to fall asleep much faster than normal. If I wasn’t a broke ass musician I’d buy this along with my monthly Qualia!

This is my first review of the Qualia Night supplement. I started taking it on December 11th as recommended. I have been taking 4 capsules for 5 days on and taking 2 days off. Fantastic product with noticeable effects. Expensive but worth it.
