I gave this four stars because I’m not quite sure if I can tell anything yet. I started taking 4 capsules with dinner for just over a week, but at the same time I was trying one other new thing. I have an Oura ring and when I was trying both new things my HRV went down. So I stopped both, waited a couple of weeks and tried the Qualia Night by itself. I don’t really notice anything different....which isn’t a bad thing. My HRV has been higher lately but I’ve been training a lot lately too. Either way it’s a great product, I’m gonna give it a couple more weeks and repost a follow up...TBD
Changes since day 1
The first day I took this, I woke up energized, refreshed and actually wanted to do things in the morning! It was a huge game-changer from my usual stuffy, sleepless nights.
Great experience
I found myself getting more restful sleep while on this product. Mornings were great, I didn't feel groggy unlike experience with other "sleep" supplements.
Qualia Night
If taken about 2-3 hours prior to sleeping, I have a noticeably deeper sleep. I think it's effects are better when you have a full 7 hrs+ of rest.
Everything feels just a little easier
I slept better and my overall mood has been a little lighter. My HRV is better too.
