On Point despite years of sleeping poorly.
Turns out that I have all the symptoms of sleep apnea and am due to have an analysis at the lab. When I was taking Qualia Sleep, I felt very energized and alert during the day despite sleeping poorly. I feel confident that once I am sleeping better with the assistance of a CPAP, Qualia Sleep would take me to another level of productivity.

Good product
Great product. Did get a headache 2/5 of the days I took it but that could be coincidental. Felt like I got better sleep.

A Restful Night
I have always been able to fall sleep pretty fast, my main issue has been staying sleep all through the night. Using Qualia Night has helped me stay sleep through the night, and if I wake up for any reason, I am able to go right back to sleep. I am grateful for this product.
