I found 4 pills to be too much. I slept for 11 hours and felt like I could have slept 4 more. When I got up I felt a bit groggy. 2 pills worked better for me. I like the calming effect it had before I went to sleep. I felling of my body winding down and the relaxing was effective. I noticed my dreams were much more vivid but i also felt a little anxious in them. Almost like my brain was working overtime while asleep. I have a spinal cord injury so it seemed to put me into my sympathetic nervous system a bit more when I first woke up. Like a little bit of autonomic dysreflexia, where i get an anxious feeling. But it would go away after an hour or so after waking.
Relaxing in a good way
I noticed that I had a more relaxed feeling about an hour or so after taking the pills. I didn't sleep better right away, but my sleep started to improve nights 4 and 5.
Ineffective
Qualia Night did nothing to help me get tired or sleep better, however it would help me feel more rested the following morning. Used as directed in conjunction with night time blue blockers, no screens 2 hours prior to bed, no caffeine past 3pm, and no meals after 6pm for 9pm bedtime.
Good but not great.
I didnt notice much effect at all on sleeping, it helped me relax a little bit but actually had me feeling wired.
