In terms of actual effect, I do not believe 5 days was enough to notice a discernable difference. However, knowing Neurohacker’s position on ingredient quality and also the concept of the supplement (a non-sedative, holistic approach), I would like to believe that the product (over a more decisive period of time) would benefit me in the same way that Qualia Mind benefits me. With that being said, I was very pleased to not consume something that benefits my sleep right before bed. I had no adverse reactions, and my Oura Ring tracked consistently above-average deep sleep times during the five days of Qualia Night.

1st wk didn't notice that much. Starting wk 2 my sleep felt more complete, more sleep cycles, 3rd & 4 wk this continued although I would have a night with shorter amount of sleep - waking up and not really getting back to sleep. 4th week somewhat continued slight decline perceived.
Best sleep supplement I have tried so far.
