Quality product
I took Qualia Night for a short time. I know the ingredients are quality, although I can’t say in that short time I had a measurable difference in my sleep quality. I have been taking Eternus (Now called Qualia Life) for about five months now and feel like the product has helped my focus and energy levels.

Sleep Score Improved
My sleep Oura sleep score improved after only a couple of days of using the product. My scores are now 90 and above.

Slept like a baby!

I was skeptical but no more.
A few months ago, I figured why not give it a try. Now 4 orders later, I am still taking the pills. I don't know if it's a placebo effect, or if they really are good, but it helps me fall asleep and to me that is a win!
