I didn’t notice much the first week of Jain this product. The second week I could tell my eyes where less strained when working on my compute. I spend around 8 hours day looking at a computer screen and before would have to take breaks every 1.5 to 2 hours. I found my self taking less breaks and getting more work done because of the reducing breaks I need to take. I have also noticed that colors are more vibrant while out side. Great product that I will be adding to my supplement regimen.
I started taking only four of these each day in the morning. It gives me energy and keeps me awake. This last week I took five. I'm waiting until next week and will take six. My only problem is it is so expensive.
Impressed after one month
I have bad vision to begin with. That said people have said my eyes look more vivid. I find focusing much easier, and sitting in front of my computer screen seems to bother my eyes less.
I’ve only observed an increased sense of brilliance in the color spectrum.
Thoughts so far...
The first two days my eyes felt extremely tired and heavy, like I had taken a sleep supplement. I haven't noticed anything else so far.
