It was a bit difficult to remember to take the pill so early in the evening, so I got a false start or two. When I began to remember to take it by 7pm or so by using an alarm, I seemed to get tired at my ideal bedtime and sleep soundly, feeling well-rested when I woke.
Further personal use needed, however seemed like a solid product
Its hard to be able to truly give this a good evaluation as I feel that 5 days was not enough but in the time that I did take it I felt as though the quality of my sleep improved (hard to truly measure, had I been smart I wouldve had some objective data on sleep like duration, times I woke up etc...
Sleep deeper!
4 pills was way too many for me. made me feel laggy and couldn't never get in the groove. Switched to 2 pills and it was perfect. Got great sleep and woke up energized

I had a great experience with this product, and I really noticed significant benefits in weeks 3 and 4, where my productivity increased quite a bit.
