Ever since I started taking Qualia Night, my sleep has been deeper and more restful, proven by the way I feel, and months of evidence from both of my sleep tracking devices. When I wake up I can recall my dreams, whereas before, I don’t think I dreamed at all. I went from only minutes a night of deep sleep to hours.

Resilience lived up to its name. I had a few stressful experiences during the past month of taking it, and I managed those better than what I normally would have.

Admittedly I have only used this one time, it’s day one but after about 30 minutes things slowed down and came into extreme focus and color. Reminded me of the Toby McGuire Spider-Man one the first day of his super powers when he got in the fight with the bully at school and everything slowed down and came into focus for him. I hope it works all day everyday like this!
