Qualia Senolytic Pilot Study - Impact on RAND SF-36 Scores Following Repeated Dosing

WHAT IS Qualia Senolytic?

Qualia Senolytic contains a combination of nine vegan ingredients. It was formulated to be a two-day rejuvenation regimen to support healthy aging in an area called “cellular senescence.”*

WHAT IS THE RAND SF-36?

The 36-Item Short Form Survey Instrument (SF-36) was developed at RAND as part of the Medical Outcomes Study. It is one of the most widely used tools to assess health status and health-related quality of life. The SF-36 scores eight health concepts: (1) General Health, (2) Vitality (i.e., energy and fatigue levels), (3) Psychological Wellness (4) Emotional Health (i.e., to what degree emotional health influences time spent and ability to accomplish work or daily activities), (5) Physical Health (i.e., to what degree physical health influences time spent and ability to accomplish work or daily activities), (6) Social Functioning (i.e., ability to engage in normal social activities), (7) Physical Functioning (i.e., ability to perform physical activities), and (8) Bodily Comfort.

HOW THE PILOT STUDY WORKED

Nineteen adults (10 males and 9 females) ranging in age from 29 to 58 years old completed the Qualia Senolytic SF-36 pilot study between late October and early December 2022.

During the study, participants took six capsules of Qualia Senolytic for two consecutive days, followed by twelve days with no supplementation. The two-day regimen was repeated three times. Because of this schedule, participants took Qualia Senolytic for a total of six days over about one month.

Participants were asked to take the full quantity of Qualia Senolytic (six capsules) anytime in the morning, with or without food, on these days.

Prior to beginning supplementation and after the third use cycle participants completed the RAND SF-36.
