I have to say it’s hard for me to remember to take it so early on at dinner. But I also haven’t seen a difference in my sleep. I am going to continue because maybe my body needs time to adjust to it.
An excellent way to calm yourself before bed
I took this each evening a couple hours before bed. It made me relaxed and calm over time, making it easier to sleep. I felt calmly rested the next day.
Amazing sleep
Qualia Sleep causes me to fall asleep faster and have more deep sleep (I know this because of my sleep tracker). When I wake up in the morning I'm ready to get up and start my day!
