A little heart burn at first. Focus seemed to hep me with clearer conversation and choice of words especially in stressful . I seems similar to Qualia Mind but with the addition of celastrus paniculatus seed extract which I am interested in learning more about.especially in stressful situations. Qualia Focus
The first few days Qualia Focus made me feel a bit anxious. After just a few days it no longer did that. Now it gives me energy and a sense of well being. I love it!
