Subtle difference
Not a huge difference in sleep, less rem about the same deep. A little better restfulness

Qualia Night helps me sleep better
I've struggled with insomnia for many years and have tried many different products. This product helps me relax and have a peaceful sleep.

Great product - need less pills.
The product works just fine. My only real issue is the same as all Qualia products- the number of pills required for an effective dose.

Improvement within first month
HRV went up 20points in the fittest month. More deep sleep.
