We are seeking 30 participants for a study involving a 14-day trial of a magnesium supplement. All selected participants will receive the test product and must be willing to take two capsules daily in the evening, near dinner time. Participants are also required to complete study-related questionnaires. The study will commence for all participants on the same day, and the supplement must be taken for 14 consecutive days.
