I'm not sure it's worth it

After doing extensive research into nootropics I came across Qualia Mind. It seemed to be the best option by far so I decided to sign up. After 3 weeks of use the main change I noticed was a lack of mid/late day crashing. To be honest, I'm not sure if this is just because of the clean caffeine or the rest of the ingredients. As for the other claims I haven't noticed an extra increase in focus or memory. I understand that with all supplements it's recommended use longer to get the full effects. However, I have not experienced enough change to justify the full price of the bottle next month. Instead, I will be trying less expensive options to see if they provide either more or the same results. I may try Qualia Mind again but at this time I wouldn't recommend it. I really had high hopes for this and was hoping to use it long term. It was not disappointing it just did not meet my expectations for the price. I would like to be clear in saying that I don't believe the full price is too expensive. I just did not achieve the results I expected to justify that price point.

Typically, the biggest issue that will prevent you feeling the full effects of Qualia is sleep. Qualia works along the same pathways in the brain that move your memories from short to long term storage when you sleep. If you are not getting enough sleep or the right kinds of sleep than those pathways are unavailable and you will not feel Qualia working. Our recommendation is to pause taking Qualia and work on getting a lot of rest to get your body back on track. Get a lot of well uninterrupted sleep for 3-5 days and then resume taking Qualia to see if you notice a difference and can feel the effects of Qualia working properly. Additional things that can make it less effective: Not enough healthy fats in your diet, Caffeine desensitization, Too small a dose, Not drinking enough water, Cannabis or alcohol use and Desensitization from other past stimulants or psychotropic drugs or meds.

Love this stuff

I’ve taken Qualia Mind, on and off for a few years. I love the focus and clarity it provides. It also seems to boost memory some. It’s a little costly but if you can afford it, it’s worth a shot.
