With so many reputable names involved, I’d expect better quality control

My packages arrived with seals broken at both ends, looking like they’d been stored in a junk drawer. I threw them away and received a full refund. I just wish my trust wasn’t swayed because I’d still like to test the product out.

As noted in our response we provided the lot number and expiration date of the package to our production manager to ensure our product does not arrived damaged in the future.
