I weigh 95 pounds and figured, based on using the original version of Qualia, that I'd need to scale down. I did, to 5 rather than 7 pills, and it worked great the first time--no fine-tuning needed.

My Mind on Mind!
I have been taking Qualia Mind for several months going by the recommended dosage most of the time. I did try to cut back on the dosage for a month or two and noticed a big difference. My mind is sharper and memory much improved. An example of how this has worked for me is football. In the past...

Sharper mind sharper life
This stuff is amazing! I use to always feel brain fog! Now all I do it take this and everything in my mind comes alive!!!
