My first night using it, my deep sleep shot up to 30%. The first couple of days, however, I woke up feeling a bit groggy, even though my HRV was in the 90s (which is high for me) and my deep and full sleep numbers looked good. I suspect, as with my experience with Qualia, there might be a bit of a loading phase for me or the need to half the recommended dose. After those first couple of days, I woke up feeling pretty rested, even though I might not have gotten enough sleep. I would definitely want to give this product a longer term use (30 days) and see what happened. I suspect my HRV would remain pretty high and my deep sleep would hover around 25-30% consistently.
Definitely recommend, significant improvement on recovery.

My usual average deep sleep is 15% based on my Oura ring. After taking Qualia Night it went up to 32%, not to mention that I’m taking it after my night shifts work and sleeping soundly during daytime.

This product helped with onset of sleep and keeping me asleep through the night. Mornings I felt more alert and well rested and this set me up for great days.
