I believe this product is doing what it said it will do because of Dr asprey promoting it.

I have fasted quite a few times now in order to kill zombie cells and every time I do, I have good days and bad days because you go through a cleansing cycle. These pills did exactly the same , I had a really good day and then I had a really cleansing like a whole week of cleansing. It really got rid of a lot of zombie shells. I can guarantee it.

So far so good. With the 2 days per month protocol it’s difficult to say how effective it is. I am starting with 3 months and will give more feedback after the 2nd and 3rd months.

I notice the improved energy at the first month dosage but it didn't last for too long; I am sure that with the second one I will see better results because that's how it works with nutritional supplements, they work with time and, at least, I will wait for 3 months and I know it will work because the ingredients are the best!

Just ordered the Qualia Senolytic and just started it this past week....I must say I already feel a difference. I have SIBO, and I am over the age of 50, and am going through menopause. I saw this on Dave Asprey's website and decided to try it and I'm very happy that I did, overall I feel more clear of brain fog and an overall feeling of well-being. Just started on my Qualialife journey and so far the ordering was easy, delivery was speedy and product easy to take. Waiting for additional time in order to review efficacy.

I took 4 capsules on two consecutive days (since I weigh ~110 lbs and was advised that I wouldn't need to take the suggested dose which would be more suitable for a 200-lb. man). It's easy to take since you only take it two days per month.

My husband and I are both taking the senolytic for 4 months and we both notice more youthful skin, joint comfort and my husband’s mustache is getting darker. Curious to see what other changes might happen!
