I have only been using this a handful of nights, but I am noticing that a few hours after taking it (I time it to hit at my desired bedtime), I start to get really tired, so even if I WANT to stay up and toil away at tasks, my body and brain don't give me the option. I have noticed somewhat of a deeper level of sleep during the night and am going to track my progress over this month to see how I do. So far, I'm really impressed.
Changes since day 1
The first day I took this, I woke up energized, refreshed and actually wanted to do things in the morning! It was a huge game-changer from my usual stuffy, sleepless nights.
The best sleep ever!
Works some of the time for me, non-drowsy.
Day one - worked great. Day two - didn't sleep very well (was preoccupied), Day three - Slept well, Day four - slept well. Day five - didn't sleep well.
Wake up feeling refreshed.
Some days I woke up feeling really refreshed. Other days, not so much...but then again I have a 1 year old who wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes. Even so I had a good experience taking the product. I would certainly consider taking in the future depending on price range.
